Tasting Notes: Unfolding like a symphony of flavors, this wine encompasses luscious cherry, rich chocolate, fragrant violet perfume, sweet cherry candy, smooth vanilla pipe tobacco, indulgent cherry liqueur, a touch of black pepper, and returns full circle to effervescent cherry cola, and tangy Santa Cruz tart cherry juice. (Admittedly, our enthusiasm may have gotten the best of us.) Upon tasting, the palate is greeted by freshly plucked blackcurrants and dried plums, harmonizing seamlessly. It is evident that this wine is built for the long haul, destined to evolve into an even more intricate and alluring composition as time passes. We have a feeling this wine will continue to develop, becoming more complex and captivating with time. We can’t wait to see what it does next.
