Tasting notes: This wine is no joke. Please take a moment with this complex wine— as it will change every time you taste it until it fully opens up. It starts with dark black fruit notes next to woodsy campfire aroma, herbal tea, and some spicy lilac and subtle violets and leather just to name a few. We have a feeling this wine can be in the cellar for years and just get better and better. Because this is such a small run we expect it to sell really quickly. We recommend serving this wine with a well-aged cheese plate and some freshly made butter and bread. For dinner serve a roasted wild game with mushrooms and asparagus.
