Beautiful violet and crystal clear. This is a super balanced wine with a perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and just a tiny bit of Petit Verdot. Aroma includes Black currants, dark cherries, tobacco, and chocolate. On the palate, blackberries, licorice, violets, and some wet stone minerality. Many of these vines are the oldest of our vineyard. We call them “the beasts”. Lovingly hand-tended and hand-picked. Please enjoy this magical blend with our good thoughts and intentions behind it.
